Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call, get in touch, or sign up, we collect what you share: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.

Service data (AI front desk)

To run the AI front desk on behalf of our clients, we process call, booking, reminder, and customer-preference data needed to deliver the service. For that data, our client (the business) is the controller and Yaantrix acts as a processor on their behalf.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed) through standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.

2. How we use information

3. Messaging & consent

Appointment reminders and cancellation/waitlist offers are sent only to people who have given express consent at booking, which is logged with a timestamp. Every message carries the business's name and a one-tap opt-out that is honored immediately. This is consistent with applicable anti-spam rules (including CASL). This page is provided for transparency and isn't legal advice.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

5. Cookies & analytics

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to function (for example, to remember interface state). Where analytics are enabled, they help us understand how the site is used. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Client service data is retained according to the relevant client agreement, and deleted or returned on request when the agreement ends.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or reminder messages. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
